Mastering Contractual and SLA aspects of cloud solutions
During this presentation we will cover different aspects of agreement side of cloud. We will start with general overview of Service Provider selection criteria. After that we will look at the service and contractual side of things. Although the contract shouldn’t be the goal, the service is the goal, it is important to have the right steering mechanisms in place. Cloud is about orchestration and tools for this are the Contract and the Service Level Agreement. During the presentation we will cover important aspects and especially the aspects that are overseen in many cases. The information shared is based on real life experience and best practices.
